She concentrates her practice in data privacy and security, investment management, health care, mergers and acquisitions, and other business-related legal matters. Alyssa holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States credential through the ANSI-accredited International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Alyssa received her B.S. in English, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York College at Brockport and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law where she served as Student-Associate at UNH’s Intellectual Property and Transaction Clinic.
