Our firm represents skilled nursing facilities and entities providing financing for them in transactions involving the purchase or sale of the facilities. We advise our clients on establishing and maintaining effective programs to insure compliance with governmental health care regulations, and we represent them when third party payers, including Medicare and health plans,make claims for billing discrepancies.
