Robert Marks is an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on a wide variety of matters involving business and commercial litigation including commercial contract disputes, commercial foreclosures, employment and labor litigation, creditor’s rights, and appellate litigation. Robert also has extensive experience in municipal and land use and zoning matters.
In 2023, Robert was honored by the Rochester Daily Record as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” and participated in the Monroe County Bar Association’s Leadership Academy.
