Jeremy Saunders is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department. He helps clients navigate the complexities of litigation by providing strategic guidance at every stage of the case. From drafting motions and conducting legal research to evaluating documents and developing effective litigation strategies, Jeremy is committed to securing the best outcomes for his clients. With a focus on business, real estate, employment, and creditors' rights litigation, Jeremy brings a detail-oriented approach to every case, leveraging his academic background and practical experience to meet his clients’ needs.
Prior to joining Woods Oviatt Gilman full-time, Jeremy was a summer associate with the firm, where he gained hands-on experience across multiple practice areas, including litigation, corporate, and real estate. During his time as a summer associate, he conducted legal research, drafted legal memoranda, and assisted in the preparation of client presentations and case strategies. During his time in law school, Jeremy interned with the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office. Additionally, he honed his litigation skills by participating in Notre Dame Law School’s Intensive Trial Advocacy and Deposition Skills courses.
