At a Glance
Greg is a Partner in the Real Estate Department and member of the Net Lease Practice Group. Greg has extensive experience with sale-leaseback and net lease transactions. He represents public and private real estate funds and REITs on sale-leaseback and net lease transactions in multiple asset classes, including industrial and retail.
Greg also has experience in all aspects of real estate development and finance, ranging from small businesses to national "big box" retailers and industrial manufacturers and distributors. He also has experience representing clients before municipal boards in complex zoning and land use matters as well as in proceedings and lawsuits involving real estate, land use and zoning, and the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).
Prior to joining Woods, Greg was a Partner at Vaisey Nicholson & Nearpass, PLLC.
