Brian Capitummino is a Partner in the Litigation Department and concentrates his practice on the representation of companies, financial institutions and individuals involved in complex commercial litigation. He is experienced litigating cases involving the federal securities laws, contract disputes, fiduciary duties, fraud, tortious conduct, and internal corporate governance, as well as in government and regulatory investigations. Brian counsels clients in the development of risk management strategies and all phases of litigation from inception through appeal. Prior to returning to his home community of Rochester and joining Woods Oviatt Gilman in 2014, Brian practiced at an international law firm in New York City.
