Bernard Schenkler is Of Counsel to firm's Litigation Department. He has a background in business and commercial litigation and business torts, and has represented creditors, debtors and trustees in bankruptcy matters including Chapter 11 and objections to discharge. He filed one of the few Chapter 15 international bankruptcy proceedings in Western District of New York. He has also defended accountant malpractice actions. His publications include "Probate and Bankruptcy" in the Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice, and he is a contributor of seminar materials for the annual Western New York Bankruptcy Conference.
