Since the beginning of the PGA Tour-LIV Golf saga in late 2021, John Nucci, an Associate in our Business and Tax Department, has been writing and speaking extensively about the legal issues that have arisen in the golf space. Recently, John gave an interview to Iain Carter, a 20-year veteran of the BBC and the BBC's Golf Correspondent, about what the future holds for the sport.
