Woods Oviatt is pleased to announce that Mark Lawrence, Esq., Danielle Ridgely, Esq. and Jennifer Schauerman, Esq. have been named Partners in the firm effective January 1, 2022.
Mark is a Partner in the Real Estate Department and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate financing and asset based lending, commercial real estate transactions, and commercial real estate development.
Danielle is a Partner in the Business and Finance Department and concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and individual income taxation, partnership taxation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate divisions and recapitalizations, like-kind exchanges, estate planning, employee benefits and ERISA matters, and pension plan design and administration.
Jennifer is a Partner in the Litigation Department where she concentrates her practice in insurance defense, personal injury, and construction/surety litigation.
