June 21, 2022 Rochester, NY – Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP and Vaisey Nicholson & Nearpass PLLC to combine effective July 1, 2022.

Rochester-based law firms Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP (Woods Oviatt) and Vaisey Nicholson & Nearpass PLLC (VNN) announce that they will combine, with VNN's eight attorneys and administrative staff joining Woods Oviatt, effective July 1, 2022. With the combination, Woods Oviatt's overall attorney headcount will reach 109 attorneys.

The combination expands Woods Oviatt's already sophisticated corporate and commercial real estate practices. VNN brings to Woods Oviatt significant experience and expertise in complex real estate, finance, corporate, and transactional matters.
