On April 2, 2020 Chris Henrich and Lorisa LaRocca participated in a webinar, Virtual Round Table: How CEOs and Boards Can Work with Lenders During Unprecedented Dislocation, hosted by Search Fund Alliance. Chris was the moderator for the program and Lorisa a panelist. The round table discussed how CEOs and board members can work with lenders during this unprecedented dislocation. With many small businesses stalled as a result of regional shelter-in-place policies, CEOs should take a proactive role in working with lenders to manage through this crisis. The discussion focused on key lender terms and covenants, as well as an analysis of the recently-passed Emergency Aid Bill and how funds can be accessed through the Small Business Administration.
