Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP is pleased to announce that Meghan M. Gonyea, Esq. and Maxwell Slade, Esq. have joined the firm as Associate attorneys.

Meghan Gonyea is an Associate in the firm and a member of the Family Wealth and Estate Planning Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Long Term Care Planning and Medicaid Planning. Ms. Gonyea received her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law, where she served as Managing Editor for the Arbitration Law Review. She received her B.A. in English and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Canisius College.

Maxwell Slade is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate Development & Finance Department. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and real estate financing. Maxwell received his B.A. degree, in cursu honorum, from Fordham University, Lincoln Center. He received his J.D. degree from Cornell Law School.
