Lorisa D. LaRocca, Esq., a partner with Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP's Labor & Employment, Litigation and Trust & Estate practice groups, will break down the legal issues related to the negotiation, preparation, and use of marital agreements.
LaRocca will be joined by Genevieve Norris, a member of the 6th generation of the Norris family, owners of Seabreeze Amusement Park, and a 2008 St. John Fisher College alumna, who will share her own personal experiences and insight on the necessity of such agreements in a family-owned business setting.
