Donald (Dan) O'Brien, Esq., Chair of Woods Oviatt's Litigation Department will be a speaker at the MCBA's CLE Nuts and Bolts Civil Practice: From Note of Issue to Trial Date. This program will address pre-trial matters that occur at and after the filing of the Note of Issue, including how your trial will progress on the Court's calendar, disclosures, selecting and preparing witnesses, subpoena practice, and motions in limine. In addition, the presenters will discuss how to determine if a jury or bench trial is best for your case as well as how to select the optimal jury instructions.
