The Maid of the Mist Corp., which through its predecessors has been operating boat tours at Niagara Falls since 1846, will be able to continue offering them on the New York side of the international border.
The company, which lost its rights to the Canadian side in a 2012 competitive bidding process, has succeeded in two recent appeals in which the Appellate Division, Fourth Department unanimously ruled in its favor.
