12-23-24 CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT (“CTA”) FILING DEADLINES REINSTATED
Today the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals granted the government’s emergency motion to stay the Texas federal district court’s nationwide injunction pending appeal. Accordingly, the CTA’s reporting requirements have resumed. Any reporting companies in existence on January 1, 2024 have until January 1, 2025 to file their initial reports with FinCEN.
