Since joining the firm in January 2020, Kelly has become an integral part of our Family Wealth & Estate Planning Department. She focuses her practice on Elder Law, Long-Term Care Planning, and Medicaid. Kelly is highly regarded for her expertise in Medicaid and special needs planning, regularly sharing her knowledge as a speaker within the elder care community.
Kelly earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A. from SUNY Fredonia.
