Congratulations to Alyssa Frieling and Jeremy Saunders. They were officially sworn in during a New York State Bar Admission ceremony today. This marks an incredible milestone in their legal careers, and we wish them both continued success as they embark on this exciting journey!
Alyssa is an Associate in the firm's Business and Finance Department. She concentrates her practice in data privacy and security, investment management, health care, mergers and acquisitions, and other business-related legal matters. Alyssa holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States credential through the ANSI-accredited International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Alyssa received her B.S. in in English, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York College at Brockport and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law where she served as Student-Associate at UNH’s Intellectual Property and Transaction Clinic.
Jeremy is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He helps clients navigate the complexities of litigation by providing strategic guidance at every stage of the case. From drafting motions and conducting legal research to evaluating documents and developing effective litigation strategies, Jeremy is committed to securing the best outcomes for his clients. With a focus on business, real estate, employment, and creditors' rights litigation, Jeremy brings a detail-oriented approach to every case, leveraging his academic background and practical experience to meet his clients’ needs.
Jeremy received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Fredonia, summa cum laude in History, and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
