02-28-25 FinCEN Not Issuing Fines or Penalties in Connection with Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) Reporting Deadlines
No later than March 21, 2025, FinCEN intends to issue an interim final rule that extends the CTA reporting deadlines. No fines or penalties will be issued, and no other enforcement actions will be taken, based on a failure to file until the interim rule’s new reporting deadlines have expired.
