Mark P. Lawrence is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate Development & Finance Department. Mr. Lawrence focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, development, financing, and leasing. He regularly represents clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across a variety of asset classes throughout the country, including manufactured housing communities, shopping centers, multifamily projects, and office buildings. Mr. Lawrence has substantial experience assisting borrowers with conventional mortgage loans, conduit loans, construction loans, and agency financing, and has also represented lenders, banks, and other financial institutions, in acquisition, construction, bridge, permanent and mezzanine financing transactions of various sizes and complexities. In addition, he routinely works with both landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leasing matters for retail, office, manufacturing, and mixed-use space.
