He has been a speaker at seminars on surveys and title insurance, condominiums and homeowner applications and ethics opinions.

Mr. Tilton is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a member of its Real Property Law Section and the Section’s Executive Committee. He is Co-Chair of the Legislation Committee of the Real Property Law Section, Past Co-Chair of Committee on Title and Transfer of the Real Property Law Section, and a member of House of Delegates as a Representative of the Real Property Law Section.
